Refund & Return Policy

Because TrendyDice creates custom-made products, each order is printed specifically for you. Hence, we follow the policy below:

1. No Refunds for Custom Orders

Refunds or returns cannot be provided for:

  • Incorrect sizes shared by the customer

  • Change of mind after approval

  • Custom designs that have already been printed

2. Eligible Cases for Replacement

We offer replacement (not refund) in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received

  • Incorrect printing compared to approved design

  • Defective or damaged items upon arrival

Evidence required:

  • Clear photos/video of the issue

  • Order ID and customer details
    Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before:

  • Payment confirmation, OR

  • Printing/production begins

Once printing starts, cancellation is not possible.

4. Delivery Issues

If an order is delayed by the courier, we will support you with tracking and investigation, but refunds cannot be issued for courier delays.
