1. Ordering & Custom Designs

  • All customized products are made based on the design shared by the customer.

  • Once the design is approved, no changes can be made.

  • TrendyDice is not responsible for grammatical errors, pixelation, or low-quality artwork provided by the customer.

  • We may refuse designs that contain offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content without permission.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices displayed on the website may change depending on quantity, design complexity, and printing technique.

  • Full or partial advance payment is required to confirm the order.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

3. Production & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation.

  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen events are outside TrendyDice’s control.

  • Express delivery may incur additional charges.

  • Bulk orders may require additional processing time.

4. Returns, Refunds & Reprints

As products are custom-made:

We do not offer returns or refunds except in cases of:

  • Wrong product received

  • Wrong size delivered (different from what customer ordered)

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Printing mistakes caused by TrendyDice

A reprint or replacement will be arranged after verification.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Share high-quality artwork or accept the final outcome of low-quality files

  • Provide accurate size, quantity, and shipping details

  • Approve the design proof before printing begins

6. Intellectual Property

All designs provided by customers remain their property.
TrendyDice will not reuse, resell, or publish customer designs without permission.

Our website content, images, and branding are owned by TrendyDice and cannot be copied or reproduced without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

TrendyDice is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Color variations between digital design and final print (minor differences may occur)

  • Losses caused by misuse or incorrect washing of apparel

8. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website

  • Copy product descriptions, images, or content without permission

9. Governing Law

All disputes will be handled under the laws of India.
